Returns Policy


Vanilla Tree’s mission is that for every customer to love their purchase, however if on occasion an item is unsuitable please see our terms below.

      Vanilla Tree will refund, however we are happy to offer you an exchange (excluding sale items).  Your garment(s) must be sent back & received by us within 7 days of the date you received your order. This policy is subject to strictly applied terms below.

ALL the original labels, tags are still attached in their original manner and in their entirety. 
Garment (s) must be returned unworn, unsoiled (included but not limited to make up & fake tan) and without damage what so ever. 
Garment (s) should not have been washed or ironed. 
  • To receive a refund you must send your copy of order with your garment(s)
It is your responsibly to ensure returned garments reach us, we suggest sending via tracked mail.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 to 5 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@vanillatreeholt.co.uk.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We do not refund the cost of original postage occurred to the customer.

To make an exchange please email us at info@vanillatreeholt.co.uk to ensure we have stock & to arrange for your new item to be dispatched.

 

 

 

If you have received an incorrect or faulty item

If the item you received is incorrect or faulty, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. Please e-mail info@vanillatree.co.uk within 7 days quoting your name, order number and details of the product received. We will then advise on how to proceed. Cost of return postage will be reimbursed.

Discount codes and vouchers

If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount owed for refund or exchange will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
