Characteristics of Tumbled Cotton
Soft Hand Feel: The mechanical tumbling process breaks down surface stiffness, giving the fabric a lived-in, touchable softness right off the bolt.
Relaxed Texture: It often features a subtle, matte appearance or gentle crinkle rather than a stiff, ultra-crisp finish.
Pre-Shrunk Qualities: Because it has already undergone intensive washing and tumbling during manufacturing, much of the natural shrinkage has already occurred.
